    For Tea (Traditional Preparation)

    • Amount: 1–2 g (1–2 scoops)

    • Water: 60–70 ml

    • Temperature: 70–80°C

    Sift the matcha into a bowl, add water, and whisk briskly until smooth and lightly foamy. Clean, vibrant, and expressive.

    For Matcha Latte

    • Amount: 1-3 grams

    • Milk: 180–220 ml (dairy or plant-based)

    Whisk with a small amount of hot water first, then add steamed milk. Smooth, balanced, and naturally sweet.
