  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, food-related products cannot be returned once opened.

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kyoklub.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.

5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
