1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the KYO-KLUB website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders. Prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT for EU customers.
- Orders are confirmed via email
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days
- Shipping times vary by destination
3. Payment
We accept payment via credit/debit cards and iDEAL through our secure payment processor SumUp. All payments are processed in Euros.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. For unopened products, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@kyoklub.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of KYO-KLUB and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
KYO-KLUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
